We are proud to present an exciting way for patients to access their health information. It is called the UmpquaOneChart Patient Portal. The Patient Portal allows patients the convenience of accessing their information electronically via the internet.
Patient Portal communication has a number of advantages over other types of communication. It’s fast, convenient, and efficient. It works well for many of the questions, requests or messages you may have about your health care, such as prescription refill requests, appointment scheduling, billing and non-urgent medical questions. A part of the Patient Portal is the ability to exchange secure emails with your provider’s office.
Just a reminder concerning some special circumstances with Patient Portal Registration:
- Please use your personal email account (i.e. gmail, yahoo, hotmail etc..). If your email address is through your employer, your employer owns all emails sent to that address.
- Patients cannot use one email account for a whole family in the Patient Portal. Each member of the family needs to register separately. A unique personal email account is required to link to an individual medical record.
